Got tired of IE11 crashing on Windows 8.1. So I started using Google Chrome. Already tired of seeing Shockwave crashes and other assorted nonsense. Everyone criticizes Microsoft but it seems Google can't do much better. Maybe Edge will be the salvation.

Chrome has inbuilt flash, Shockwave is a standalone product, have you tried reinstalling it?

I use Chromodo which is Comodo's own variation of Chrome. I like it quite a lot. Its fast, stable and secure.

It may not be the browsers but the website you are visiting. I personally use IE for all of my everyday task and media. At this point they all work the same why bother installing another browser when IE works just fine.

What website do you go to that you notice these crashes more often?
