chrome flyout recent tabs > blocks scrollbar newtab page

Anyone know how to get rid of it. I know I can scroll with the mouse but it's instinctive to move the mouse to the scrollbar. I am using SpeedDial 2. Every time I try to get the scrollbar with the mouse that flyout menu flips out. Drives me nuts.

Ok, found the setting in SpeedDial 2 that gets rid of the sidebar.
