Change icon size on taskbar

Hello,

I have a 17" 1920x1080 monitor, and everything was too small, so I've change the display size to 125%, by default it was on 100% , and now some icons on the taskbar are blurry.
I don't want to change the display size to 100%, I just wanna make the icon sizes smaller. Is there any solution?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Did you set Taskbar and Navigation properties > Taskbar > Use small taskbar buttons ?

Your picture looks like they are already small - your second picture doesn't have the date under the time...

Does yours look like either of these when you change the size?

EDIT: David is far quicker than me, sorry...

When I uncheck "Use small taskbar buttons", it will look like the first image, when I check "Use small taskbar buttons", it will look like the second image, both the icons are blurry, and I've restarted too, but nothing change, still the same.

Hmmmm, that's wrong way around. You wouldn't be using some special theme by any chance ?

You can change to 100% and still be able to make Icons, text and other stuff larger. On the bottom of Display in "Personalize" you can change text sizes for menus, icons etc. On desktop, you can hold Ctrl button on KB and turn mouse wheel one way or other to make icons smaller or larger without affecting their size in taskbar.

Yeah, I've change back to 100%, but I think Microsoft should pay more attention to High DPI displays :(

Thank you all for your king replies.

Yeah, all of them are up to date, yesterday I have downloaded the latest driver from Intel and nVidia.
Did you try adjusting Clear Font ? (gasping at straws here).
