Change 'Create Picture Password' UI Background

Lets face it, Windows has some 'lovely' background images for various applications but some are just too 'dated'!
This one may be fairly insignificant but you can change it, if you wish, easily using a PNG image of your choice with the help of:

Resource Hacker

Default:

to modify the following resource:

C:\Windows\System32\imageres.dll\PNG folder\5420-1033

Hey Edwin,

That's pretty neat for the default image used for the picture password background.

If a user uses a picture password, they'll see whatever image they choose for it instead though.
