Solved Can't open 'Change PC settings'

Hello.
I'm using windows 8.1 pro
I installed more than 100 updates and after that I can't open 'Change pc settings' (right corner). When i click on change pc settings it minimize. It's very annoying and also search box (top right corner) doesn't work. Is it possible that updates crashed this pc settings? And please tell me how to fix this if you know. Btw i already tried sfc /scannow and i perform a clean boot. And I don't want to reinstall windows, because it installed it some weeks ago... Sorry for my bad english.

Yeah i tried everything, buy this are mostly for apps, my apps works, only pc settings don't. I don't know what to do.

Does PC settings work properly in another user account on your PC?

If so, then you might see if switching from a Microsoft account to a local account and back may toggle it to work afterwards.

How can i test if problem is the same in other account? I can't access PC settings, this means i can't click on 'Make changes to my account in PC settings' I can't swich account ...

If you have another account on the PC, you could switch to it to test if PC settings will open in that account.
