Cant Open all Windows Store Apps and PC setting

Excuse me , i'm having problem with my laptop
since three days ago (or more because i only realized it three days ago) i cant open any windows store application

for additional information , my laptop is Asus N550 and using Windows 8.1 Pro , upgrade from windows 8 pro and not a crack one

If i try to open PC Setting ,


If i try open Store Aps such as , PDF reader , Calendar , Maps , onedrive , photos , travel , Mail , and Windows store itself


Please help me , its like my laptop lose a big part of itself
