Hi there
Can't you sign in to your laptop using a LOCAL account.
I must admit I haven't seen this problem before - but I can't for the life of me think why I should ever want to start up a laptop in anything OTHER than Local mode (unless I'm using a Work laptop on a Work Lan - and all that does is attach Lan Drives and login to the company VPN--if Lan isn't up it will still log on to a Local Windows installation although half the applications won't be available.

Cheers

Thanks for replying!
I log in to the microsoft acc bcause i wanted to download apps from the store. I can't seem to find a way to sign in using a local acc. But when I insert my password it said "Your PC is offline. Please sign in with the last password used on this PC" I don't know what kind of password it wants LOL ~__~

Have you tried resetting your modem and router--that is, whatever you have? Is your wifi working with any other machine?
