I have a 32-bit software CD installed on win8.1 in 2014 but not in 2023
Using the CD to install on new Dell laptop win8.1 = wrong version, contact vendor for version that works with win8.1
... also same results installing to new laptop win11 ....
What sort of evil barrier was erected between those years?
Some sort of magic needed to leap this barrier?
Compatability options have been run, re-run, even via Administrator = no luck
