Cant Install Win 7(64bit) on my Windows 8 64 bit laptop

Hello i have Lenovo P580
Windows 8 64 bit
i7- 3520M @ 2.90Ghz
Nvida 630GtM 2gb.

So now i want to install win7(64bit) and keep it as dual boot, i did everything right while making UEFI usb and now when i boot from Usb, the windows setup gets stuck at the logo 'Starting Windows', tried keeping there for 10-15mins.

PLEASE HELP

1) Downgrade to Windows 7.

2) Using a USB Pendrive on a PC with a uEFI BIOS.
USB Pendrive need to be formated to FAT32 as in

Take note of Step 11 for Windows 7.

I have done everything perfectly, secure boot is OFF and that file is renamed and moved too, still stuck at the loading screen while installing win7.

You need to do all of step 3 first.

3) Reset BIOS to default, and reboot to BIOS make sure Secure Boot is disabled.
Make sure CSM is ENABLED, & set to UEFI boot.
NOTE: Check your manufacturer's uEFI BIOS manual for settings.

When I load Windows 7 with a Windows 8 install, I have to change the Secure Boot option from Windows UEFI (really Windows 8 UEFI) to Other OS. With the CSM enabled, I can then install Windows 7, but each OEM handles the options differently.

You might check your bios and see what options you have for Secure Boot and CSM, or some option that might look similar, as theog suggests.
