Cant get POSTBOX to scale

I have an HP Spector with QHD+ display and most programs work ok but POSTBOX refuses to scale......... Icons and entire program is so small I cant hardly see it !!!! Does anybody know how to make this bigger?? decreasing res had no effect on this program but did make desktop icons huge.?? Does THUNDERBIRD work ok?? dont want to download another program b-4 I know it works..I dont use Gmail, any other good 3rd part email programs??
