Cant find my puffin browser in venue 8 pro.

I have it on my phone and desktop.

Doesn't show up anywhere on my tablet.

When I go to playstore it says installed, but when I hit "installed", it won't open up.

When I go to their site to download it again, takes me back to play store.

Its not showing up in the control panel either.

How can I reinstall it?

The Dell Venue 8 Pro runs Windows 8 and as far as I know, there is no Windows version of the Puffin Browser. Are you using Bluestacks or something similar on the DV8P to be able to run the Android version of the browser?
