Can't connect to Wi-fi, Wi-fi button greyed out

So i tried everything before posting a thread here

I tried updating my drivers,removing them, re-adding and changing them (all of them are working and enabled)

I tried updating my bios

I tried unchecking the option in power management

I already checked the power options in the battery

I tried checking the wlan in the services

And I even tried reformatting my os and upgrading and downgrading it

So far i tried everything still I can't connect to the internet, it won't show a list of connections
