SSDD - literally, the same problem but the fix doesn't fix
Hello everyone and thank you so much for being detailed in explaining your problems and the solution! But it's not working for me! lol! I have done the same things using belarc advisor, gotten my product key, the last five match what it says on my laptop, I have entered the key a bazillion times, it doesn't work. I downloaded the nice young man's file that says the key will come up, it did, it's a match, and I entered both (OEM key and product key) and still, windows won't activate...
My email is - can someone tell me what else to do. I have 2 days before the 'window' closes for activation, and, like the other guy, when I try to 'activate online' nothing happens. Also there was a download recommended fix link below in this forum, that is no longer functional either.
wtf is wrong with these people? If they know this isn't a unique problem why hasn't it been fixed yet and why do WE have to search all over the place on google to find a forum (not Microsoft mind you... ) with the necessary skills that are kind enough people willing to answer the same questions for the bazillionith time!

Sorry! Just very frustrated. I've been fooling with this literally all day. I'm 56 yr old woman with zero computer literacy so for me to have even gotten this far, it's a doggone miracle!
