Cannot switch to local account

Here is what happnes

I am attaching order wise images for error step-1 to error message and also windows files using diagnostic tool.

attached contains ,

1. Eightforum.zip
2. switch-account-error.zip

let me know what to do?

As of 3/31/2012, there are still crashes from HotSpot Shield. Just mentioning because if you haven't uninstalled it yet, it will continue bsoding the machine. If you did remove it, everything is well since it hasn't crashed since 3/31.

You can use CCleaner to delete the minidumps if you wish. It's the "Memory Dump" option.

As for switching account to local, try a different user name.
 
I have uninstalled hotspotshiled already :( tried different account as well not working same error message can we cht through PMB ?Gman?
 
I don't really have anything else to say about the local account. I already said the only thing that I thought could have helped at all.
 
ok GMan here is how I fixed it, I went to control panel and then there in user account section created deleting a new account and set that as admin account then then deleted the other one with hotmail. and kept files
So it is solved to some extend.

From where I can get CCleaner?
 
Any help with finding driver as well
