Can/Should I delete SystemSettings.exe?

I don't really know if this executable is in fact necessary. Nothing really changes when I terminate it within task processor. It just takes up RAM and resources. It's linked to C:\Windows\ImmersiveControlPanel.

If these files are not in these locations, then you can worry:
C:\Windows\WinSxS\
C:\Windows\ImmersiveControlPanel

Looking at their properties, they are legit Microsoft. Advise to leave them alone.
