can not completly factory reset in asus with windows 8 ???

Hallo .....


I have an Asus laptop with Windows 8 does not perform a complete factory reset, meaning when the factory reset works, reinstalling Windows and activating it only and does not reinstall Asus applications and Windows drivers , as I can not access the Internet , Also, it is not possible to log in from F9 to perform factory reset or repair Windows , Knowing that I have not done recovery image on USB or DVD in the past , How do I solve this problem ?
