First off, welcome to the forum. 
You can do a Windows Update and it may give you an excellent driver. If not:
Yes, it will still work fine. Just visit NVIDIA's site and download the correct x86 or x64 driver for your card, for Windows 7, and install it. If you need further help, there are lots of us here that will be able to guide you with whatever issues may come up.
