Buzzing noise whenever in games

Whenever I start playing a game, no matter what game, I get weird buzzing feedback from my headphones or speakers, depends on what I use when I play. They both make the same noise at the same places (certain menus, while in-game, etc).
I also can't make my built in mic on my earphones to work. I believe that's all somehow connected since it worked flawlessly on Windows 7.
I'm starting to regret installing 8.1 but I don't wanna go back because I'm lazy. I'm going off topic...
I tried installing, uninstalling different version of Realtek HD Audio drivers. Whenever I'm uninstalling the built-in my I was talking about starts working, but then I restart my computer and it stops working.
On the other hand, I have a good headset by Razer, which the microphone of these headphones DOES work. I don't know what to make of this.
Anyway, in conclusion: Weird buzzing feedback while in-game, earphone's mic doesn't work, headphone's mic does. I really just wanna solve the buzzing feedback thing, thanks. :)

For starters disable all recording/microphone devices to see, if the issue is microphone related.

Is the buzzing ONLY with games? Does other PC audio, or playing a commercial audio CD work OK?

What is the Razer headset? USB?

Yes, only in games. I don't play CDs on my computer but whenever I listen to audio, or to Youtube videos, everything is okay.
The headset is Razer Kraken, but it happens when I play with speakers, so it doesn't has something to do with the headset.

But, I was wondering if the Razer was USB connected or connected to the headset and mic jacks. That does make a difference in troubleshooting, If the Razer is USB connected, that means it is digital from the PC and DOES NOT use the PC sound card and thus it throws the problem back to something other than the PC's sound card.

they are connected with a regular audio and mic jack.
Also, I didn't have this problem on W7.

I see you have Conexant audio and SoundBlaster audio both showing on your Sound/Recording panel. Having both can cause conflicts (and who knows what else). If you are using a SoundBlaster sound card, disable the on-board (Conexant) in the BIOS. This may not fix your problem but will eliminate any potential.
