Run HDTune to

  • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
  • check the health,
  • benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following

  • the error scan,
  • the health,
  • the benchmark incl. following
    • transfer rate,
    • access time,
    • burst rate,
    • cpu usage.

sorry for the long wait, finally everything is done, thank you for your patience and helping me btw
so anyway here what i got

Please open an admin command prompt and enter following command
Code:
chkdsk C: /r
This command scans for bad sectors, marks them as bad and attempts to recover the readable data. To do this the partition needs to be unmounted meaning that the partition cannot be in use, you would have to reboot. When asked if you would like to schedule to check the volume press Y and reboot.
Note   Note
It can take a couple of hours for the command to finish, please let it run and do NOT interrupt it, interrupting may make things worse like causing the OS become unbootable or something.
It may look like nothing is happening or it is freezing or something, please do nothing as the system is checking the volume.

Note   Note
This is not a permanent fix, only a temporary one. This fix gives you extra time to backup your data and replace the drive

From the looks of the results it is possible that your drive can fail soon.

Yes, the problems that will occur if not acted a.s.a.p. can only be delayed for some time but not resolved.

With 'the problems' I do not only mean BSODs, but eventually a drive that is unbootable.

well that sucks for me, anyway thank you for your help, you were very helpful and cooperative , thank you and goodbye
