Do you still need help with this problem?
If so, please respond and I'll reply within 48 hours

While waiting for a reply:
At work we start all repairs with a set of diagnostics. Often they find problems that weren't even expected. It's a waste of time to try to fix software on a system that has hardware problems.
Please try these free diagnostics for starters: Initial Hardware Diagnostics
Also, please ensure that you have ALL available Windows Updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
Also:
1. Get ALL available Windows Updates. It may take several trips to get them all
2. Get ALL available, Win8.1 compatible updates from the manufacturer's website.

In addition to my previous suggestions, please:
- uninstall the Western Digital software. The wdcsam64.sys driver dates from 2008 and is known to cause BSOD problems with some Windows systems.
- Remove the following MSI programs:
1) MSI Live Update
2) MSI Command Center (and any programs within it)
Repeated instances of NTIOLib_X64.sys. This driver is known to cause BSOD's, and recently it's been running different versions within the kernel memory space - which is likely causing even more BSOD's.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
