BSOD when trying to install display adapter

HI everyone
so im trying to update my graphics card driver by installing the new amd radeon crimson relive. the installation process proceeds smoothly until it tries to install the display adapter at which point i get a BSOD saying kernel data inpage error Fs_rec.sys. the installer removed my old driver so now i am stuck with low resolution. im at a complete loss for what to do. will appreciate any help.

P.S DM log collector isnt working for me , the command prompt finishes gathering and copying files and says that i will find them in the zip file on my desktop , but the zip files show up empty. so ill upload my dump file too.

Before the command prompt closes, a new folder is present on your desktop containing all the files. Zip this folder and upload it.

Besides of the BSODs you have some other issues you'll want to deal with.

I recommend to remove either of your AV security programs, having more than 1 AV's at the same time could cause a lot of issues.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVAST Software Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVAST Software Public
Start Menu\Programs\Avira Public:Start Menu\Programs\Avira Public

Next, I recommend to remove the following programs
- Winthruster
- PCFixKit
I've used Winthruster, PCFixKit and similar programs years ago when I didn't know how a pc works. IMHO these programs are a waste for the free space and the risks of these programs causing issues is very high.
These kind of utilities are commonly installed through software bundles, or because users think there is something wrong with their system.
Commonly it is that they've read something on the internet about registry issues for which there are excellent posts like pcfixkit.com safe? - Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 that explain why you should not use programs like Winthruster and PCFixKit.

The 0x7A crash has 1 parameter that is very important, ffffffffc0000185 which means that there is a read/write error with the disk.
The event logs show various of issues with the disk, like
Code:

(The I/O device reported an I/O error.)

I recommend to perform some scans and tests to identify the status of the hard drive.

Diagnostics Test

HDD TEST

Note   Note
Run the tests on all hard drives/partitions!

Note   Note
Please run HDTune first, in the order posted!

:ar: Run HDTune to
  • check the health,
  • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
  • run a benchmark.
It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
  • the health,
  • the error scan,
  • the benchmark incl. following
    • transfer rate,
    • access time,
    • burst rate,
    • cpu usage.

:ar: Run SeaTools DOS to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
Run the long test.
Note   Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

:ar: Run chkdsk
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
Use option TWO with parameter /r
Upload the chkdsk log :ar: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/96938-check-disk-chkdsk-read-event-viewer-log.html

OK, will post them as soon as its done,, and i only have one antivirus installed (Avast) the other is just the avira vpn service but will uninstall it to be safe

ok so i ran hd tune and chdsk with the r parameter, but could not run sea tools, my bios just wouldnt detect it, i tried it on various usbs and hard drives but no luck. also the chdsk asked me to restart the pc cuz the drive was in use, so i restarted and it only did a short scan before loading the os . i created the result file with power shell but its just empty
