Hello all, I am a relatively low-experienced computer user and am having issues with a factory refurbished Laptop I just bought. It has been working absolute perfect for me in all aspects of computer life except one, watching youtube. (Note: this ONLY happens when watching youtube.) After about 30ish minuets of watching youtube I get a BSOD error with the description "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". I looked it up online and saw that it was most likely an issue with my graphics drive and all I needed to do was update. So I updated it (the drive is an AMD Radeon R6 Graphics) as well as my other drivers and then continued my internet surfing. only to get the same error again while watching youtube. I am out of Idea's and dont know what to do next. so please help.
