I don't know if this is a driver problem but I noticed weird things.
First of all:
/sfc scannow gives me Windows Resource protection ( And yes i did the services.msc > windows module installer manual etc )
Windows Update always gives me this error: 800703F1
If I try to repair windows 8.1 with my disc it gives me another error which is " We couldn't install windows "
This happens when I play GTA V, or any other game which needs a lot of "power" to run.
What should I do?

Update: I've tried DISM and it gives me error 1009.
People who have similiar problems decided to refresh windows,
but I have tried and it didn't work.

Second, please remove all overclocking for CPU, GPU, RAM.
Overclocking is a common cause for instability.

I don't suppose this is correct? Please check your memory frequency in the BIOS and let me know what it is :)
Code:

Again, Please check your memory frequency in the BIOS and let me know what it is.

Is there a tutorial that tells me how to stop overclocking each component?
No, there are multiple ways to overclock and thus there are multiple ways to stop overclocking.

I just modified RAM's Speed,
I think it fixed it for now, but I will notify you as soon as it happens again.
I'm not sure if it has been fixed yet.

I haven't got any BSOD but what can I do to make windows update work and sfc? They still dont work.

sfc /scannow gives me Windows Resource protection
If you would be more specific better help could be provided.
