Your issue seems to be probably caused by "AMD display driver".

Since BF4 is a new game, it requires latest driver o work properly. Please follow the below steps.

1. Uninstall current version of AMD display driver properly from the system.

How-To Uninstall AMD Catalyst Drivers From A Windows Based System

2. Now download and install the latest beta version from the blow link.

http://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/amd_catalyst_13.11_betav9.2.exe

While installing, choose "Custom" instead of "Express" and uncheck everything except "Display driver".



3.
Update system BIOS.

To improve 'Windows 8" compatibility, please update system BIOS to the latest version ( v 2101 )from the below link.

You can use 'EZflash" function to update the BIOS safely. Detailed instructions are covered in the user manual of your MoBo.
