It is possible that any I/O device could be causing the problem.
It's also possible that the USB ports themselves could be broken.

The true test here is that the BSOD's stop.
If you remove the USB devices and the BSOD's stop - then the problem is with the USB devices, or the USB ports (or the motherboard).

WhoCrashed doesn't tell us anything. Please zip up and upload the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump directory. You may have to copy it to your Desktop in order to zip it up.

The latest memory dump shows an I/O error, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
Please start with the hard drive tests.

Please see if there's an update available for your wired network drivers (Rt630x64.sys) - they date from October of 2011.

I think that the freezes are most likely associated with the I/O error.
If not, then they must indicate a separate problem.

If the system passes the hard drive diagnostics, then try:
- finish the other diagnostics
- run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
- please do the following:

- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

I found an update of wire network driver but not in the company's computer. Shall I install it though?

I took this action as the last one before the other solutions of changing the hard drive...
Yesterday,
1) I reset the BIOS settings (and went to UEFI mode, because I had a problem and had been working with Legacy mode).
2) I removed all the partitions and recreated them again.
3) I did a clean installation of the windows.
I think it solved the problem, because last time even right after the installation and while I was typing the User Name, I typed at where it isn't allowed and the computer froze for a few seconds, this time, I did the same, but no freezing.
I feel that my laptop is back its good conditions so far.

the only problem I've run into is with Windows Update. after downloading, installing them and restarting there was a failure in configuring the windows so it reverted. I've just run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and fixed somethings. now, I'm running the Windows Update again to see.

by the way, before all the steps above, I removed the hard drive and place it again.

Hi again!
Here's the result after:
(1) I reset the BIOS settings going back UEFI instead of Legacy mode.
(2) removed all the partitions.
(3) recreated them again.
(4) and did a clean format to the hard drive.
and after 2 weeks of using the laptop I no longer receive the BSOD, and the problem is fixed.
