Everytime i run a game or many apps at the same time my laptop freeze and i get a blue page, i even formated the laptop and took off one of the ram (I had 6gb) because sometimes after freeze i check the laptop settings i see (4gb ram or 6Gb (Only 3.98 Useable) now only but i still get the freeze issue and i also took the 4gb out and put it back i also noticed the ram are so hot.
I Also tried to switch ram slots and after the freeze (BSOD) i check the laptop setting i see 6Gb (Only 2Gb useable)

Is there anyway to fix it?
Windows 7 64Bit (Proffesional edition)
Laptop: hp pavilion dv7-4171sf
Edit: it freezes even if i dont open games or many apps more like random.
