BSOD every 30-45 Min: BAD POOL HEADER

A Friend of mine asked me for PC help and I did not find the issue.

Whenever he starts his PC (win 8), between 30 and 45 minutes afterwards it crashes with BSOD and the info "BAD POOL HEADER". BlueScreenView revieled that ntoskrnl.exe is always involved, sometimes some .sys-files, but more times than not only ntoskrnl.

Since I had no chance to physically inspect the PC, bad memory could be a reason but inside windows the PC crashes before memtest is able to complete and running a bootable memtest solution is not possible on this pc (locked bios).

Here are the logs: View attachment 67902

Any hints would be appreciated.

Thanks @lifetec, I did this yesterday evening, no crashes till now (did not get to use the PC much though). If it stays strong until tomorrow evening I will mark as solved.
