BSOD During Startup or using Firefox Browser

Hi,

In past few days i have started receiving BSOD during startup as well as using Firefox browser. No hardware changes has been made since i bought the PC 1 year ago.

Please run in an admin command prompt following command

slmgr /dlv

a pop-up will show within a few moments, please make a screenshot of it and post it.

In this situation, try to remember if you have made any changes recently in your system, like downloaded any low quality software or any free antivirus software. If you have done something, then this may lead you to the BSOD issue. To troubleshoot it, you need to uninstall the recently downloaded app or software.
