BSOD during Sleep ntoskrnl.exe Power_Driver_State_Faiure

Rearguard main title I have changed it to ntoskrnl from portcls.sys.

New MSI GE62 with fresh install of 8.1 Pro downloaded directly from M$. Installed OS 3 times, once on different SSD. All drivers are the latest. BlueScreenView says Filename: ntoskrnlexe | Address: ntoskrnl.exe+152f36

I included zips from 2 Win installs. BSOD happens only when it's asleep. Any help would be appreciated .
