If you're still in clean boot, no bluescreen?
If you're not anymore in clean boot, had no bluescreen?

Please say no to both ;)

Unfortunately, I went through the Vaio update and installed updates one at a time. When i updated the Wireless LAN i now cant toggle WiFi on or off. And it did blue screen again but gave me the error code 0xc000021a.

Did the bluescreen came when updating the WLAN driver or another driver?
If so, remove the driver, install the old, avoid temporarily that driver and contact support about it.

I was able to do a system restore and it removed all updates I did through Vaio Care. The laptop fan still runs very high, but I am able to access WiFi now, which helps due to the laptop not having a Ethernet port. Yes, it would blue screen, or it would fail to install all together. The last couple times it has blue screened, it freezes on the screen. There is no sign of it doing anything else as the percentage doesn't change

You updated those drivers via a program?
If so, it is highly recommended to update the drivers manually.

Yes I went through and confirmed the drivers were the latest ones through Device Manager. I also realized when i did a system refresh, I got knocked down to Windows 8. I am downloading the install files for 8.1 Pro now.

Device Manager simply is not as reliable as manual updating is.

Please check manually for updates.

I am currently updating now. Although it seems to be a little difficult since my work's IT people control which updates are pushed through. I also noticed that the Windows apps have error next to all of them. But I would say that is the security policy in place.
