BSOD/Crash: Possible graphics issue

Hi everyone! So for the past couple months my computer has been crashing at random. I've attatched the .zip file that contains all the information needed after following the BSOD posting instructions thread. The only extra details that I can add would be that i've noticed the crashing has happened while watching youtube/netflix videos or through VLC media player or when there are some form of flash animations. In addition, there were a handful of times the computer would crash just on the desktop. I've also noticed that these crashes would also occur after simply closing my laptop and opening it later to continue using it; however if I properly shutdown the laptop prior to closing, the crashes don't occur. Please and thank you to anyone who can help! I can't use my laptop often anymore because of this issue.

Edit: I'd also get an error stating "power river state failure"

According to the files no crash has happened in ~3months.

I tired avoiding using it for a long while, but I'd still use it every few weeks. Just yesterday I was using it to grab the Dm logs you asked for and it crashed. The computer seems to restart and reboot out of nowhere. Is there anything else you could do? I did redo the Dm log collection after the crash/restart as well.
