I do not have a system restore point. It was not enabled on my computer. Memory and quick hard disk checks passed. Startup repair could not detect a problem. Drivers were checked and up to date. Could not get to Windows update to check on updates.
DM log collector zip file attached. I do not know what else to try. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Christine
