BSOD almost every log on, multiple errors

Dear EightForum,

I am new here, hope I am following instructions correctly.

I have a very big problem with my newly custom-built PC (system info in my profile). Almost every single time I log on, I get a "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE" BSOD. According to BlueScreenView by NirSoft, every time I get a BSOD, I get it caused by different system files, every time having to do with ntoskrnl.exe: once for storahci.sys, once for msrpc.sys, once for CI.dll, and once for ntoskrnl.exe only. For the fear of not being able to access, I am not shutting down my computer anymore, but just put it to sleep. I only have 4GB of RAM in it, while I wait for my 8GB stick to be delivered after it was delivered dead on arrival etc... I have tried to use the "Refresh my PC" option with Windows 8.1, so that it uninstalled all drivers and apps I had installed, and the problem was solved. I re-installed only the essential drivers of what I use (Chipset, GPU) except the LAN driver, and the problem got back - again. Interesting thing is it only gets back after, what, about 10-20 times I start up my PC? It does not come up immediately after I install the drivers.

I have used the admin CMD function "sfc /scannow" and found no integrity violations, I have run driver verifiers and found no unsigned, unwanted drivers, I have run Windows Defender scans and updates multiple times and found no virus or malware. I really need help, and I hope someone can do something. Thank you for all your time in advance.

Elia.

Please run this command and upload both files in 1 zip.
Code:
licensingdiag.exe -report "%userprofile%\Desktop\report.txt" -log "%userprofile%\Desktop\repfiles.cab"

I've become a bit rusty on this part, I will ask someone to have a look at it.

Hi @Elia (you are from my home town)

Drop me a PM I'll come fix it if you are close by and when I have some time ...

[FONT=Segoe UI, verdana, Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif] I think your reservations are warranted... there is no KMS info, which is unusual for a legit machine... exploits tend to hide that info ( from the /dlv report)[/FONT]

[FONT=Segoe UI, verdana, Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]Licensingdiag is of little use here as there is no activation issue - is just shows as if a corporate activated machine [/FONT]

[FONT=Segoe UI, verdana, Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]Activation diagnostic tool has Event log errors together with the licensingdiag info that can be more useful.

HTH

PS Dunno why the font went weird.. oh well!
