Problem was that I did not expect that to happen. And shortly after I bought the Vaio I went to Europe for 8 months and the Vaio was sitting here in Florida. When I came back to Florida, Sony dragged me around for a couple of months, had me send the thing to their service center only to find that I was right. But then they would not budge until I wrote the letter to their CEO. Then at last I got action within 2 days.
