bluetooth problem

i connected my computer to my headset, via Bluetooth i do can not even remember what i click. but now i can not find my Bluetooth on my device settings. i am really having problems now. i tried looking for the Bluetooth but i can not find it. please i really need help.
i found the bluetooth at network+ariplanemode
but i can not turn it on.

If bluetooth is on, right-click the bluetooth icon (near wifi, volume icons) and scroll down to Discover Devices. There's also a link to Settings that may help.

If bluetooth is off, pull up the Charms bar via one of your corners, select Search (everywhere) and type "bluetooth settings". The PC and devices list should pop up with bluetooth selected - turn on bluetooth.
