Solved Blue Screens when either playing games or streaming videos

As the title states, I receive blue screens when playing a game or watching movies, or even watching videos on youtube.

I've had this problem for about a year, which is when I got the computer, and had people try to help me fix it before on the sevenforums, but their response was that the reason I was getting them was because apparently I had a pirated windows 7. I made sure to fix that and upgraded to windows 8, but the blue screens have followed me over to the new system and seem to be occurring more frequently than usual.

ntoskrnl.exe seems to be the one causing all the issues, with strings like;

BAD_POOL_CALLER
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL

As far as I know, all of my drivers are up to date.

Remove spdt.sys using its utility. Disable Nvidia Streaming Kernel service within services.msc. Enable Driver Verifier: Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & Vista - Sysnative Forums
Run Memtest86+ for eight passes: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums
and since there are GPU symptoms run FurMark Stress Test: Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark - Windows 7 Help Forums
Set the temperature alarm to go off at 90 degrees. Watch for artifacts on the screen. If you see any anomalies stop the test. Keep an eye on the temperatures, be very carefull as this can damage your video card.
Run for cca 30 minutes.
Fill in your system specs.

I've activated the verifier, will get back to you on that, and I'll need to wait until I have time to do the memtest.

I've disabled nVidia Streamer and uninstalled sptd.sys.

As for the FurMark Stresstest, at 1080p preset I get about 26fps, 720p preset I get about 44fps, no artifacts on neither. If however I run it at 1920x1080 which is my resolution and I use the settings provided on their tutorial, everything on the screen is blurry and wavey instead of clear cut, so I don't know what that means? And it caps out at about 13fps.

Waiting for Verifier. As for FurMark. I don't know. but I guess that GPU is fine since it's working on the two other res.

I've got off my computer so the verifier will probably have to wait, but I did start the memtest before coming off.

It's been going for 2 hours and passed the first one fine, but half way through the second it's so far encountered 4 errors. All of them are test 7, two being 8704.5MB and two being 8832.5MB. That's all so far though, I'm going to bed for now and will keep it running, see if any more turn up while I'm sleeping.

I'm going to assume I need new RAM? I just tried changing its slot and it was working fine for about 5 minutes before it started blue screening like mad.

I'm not sure if verifier was running when it happened but I had to restore my computer anyway, so if it was I'm assuming it wouldn't have made a difference?

Yes, by the looks of it you will need to replace your RAM.

This happened to me. It all ended up just being a software issue (The program that caused it is unknown) But the place I bought my laptop from gave me a brand new one free of charge. (Only because I was experiencing crashes since the first day)

Forgot to reply to this, it was apparently my RAM, must have been faulty. Replaced it about a month ago and so far there's not be an issue with any blue screens.
