i have getting problem while using net in my laptop it causes blue screen mostly in shopping sites like amazon so can you please help me with it

Consider downloading and installing Piriform's Speccy, run it, save all logs to your hard-drive, do not copyNpaste anything in this thread until asked specifically for part of that log. Others in here who are Windows 8 folks [I'm a Windows 7 person] can help you when the hardware and software specs are readily available.

thank you for reply, so what i have to do now i am stuck with that i am thinking that it happen only with shopping site amazon but it is happen frequently while using internet and without internet it work fine.

Use a uninstaller to remove quick heal and either use Defender/MSE or any other decent anti-virus along with Malwarebytes anti-malware.
