Blue Screen Error - TCPIP.SYS failed

I am using Lenovo Z510, windows 10. Last week i was starting hotspot in laptop to create it as a wifi modem. Since then I am receiving every day Blue screen error. Error screen shot is attached for your reference. Details of Error are as -

Stop code: Driver_IRQL_Not_less_or_Equel
What failed : tcpip.sys.

Till now I am unable to solve this problem. It very annoying as it happens anytime.

Please check Lenovo for driver updates for your Realtek LAN network adapter.

We have installed the driver, computer is under observation

till now we have not faced any error.
