Hi Everyone,
Blackberry Link suddenly started crashing when it tries to open.
I have tried uninstalling it and downloading and installing it again but no joy.
Please see photo for error message.
I have lots of contacts in my address book on my phone and want to back them up to my desktop.
Maybe this was caused by Windows updating itself? Certainly the Link program has not updated itself in some time.
P.S. There is no option in "Add or Remove Programs" to Repair-Install.
