Solved Black screen/.freeze during sleep/hibernate

hi,
My laptop goes black black the moment I put it into sleep/hibernate.
Main suspect is WLAN/LAN adapter as I had some problems with Forticlient VPN not working and I had to reinstall it and now I how some not working, not removable duplicate SSL WWAN adapters in Device Manager.
I have tried to SRVNET force enable; removed allow system to turn off device to save power on both adapters.. stil nothing.
Second in line is Synaptics driver as I think I have accidentaly updated while I was updating Defender definitions.
I did not sleep my computer at that time so I am unsure which od the two is causing the freeze.
Any help appreciated.

update:
I have also deleted hiberfil.sys but this is definately not a root cuase

As suspected SSL WAN miniport driver was a root cause, uninstallation helped, but now I got to find a way to have that SSL WAN miniport present in the system cause i somewhat need it
