black screen crash with buzzing sound from speakers

hey so today it happend again where my pc crashed the screen went black and a buzzing noise replaced my music, i was forced to reboot.
ive checked for minidump but there were none.

what could have caused it?
all drivers are up to date and ive tried reinstalling windows over and over but with no luck.

it also happens randomly

already ran furmark for 20mins or so, prime95/intel burn test for cpu stresstest and memtest for ram
and scanned alot with malware anti

How long did you run Memtest86+ for? It should be run for eight passes per stick and one stick at a time. Did you experience any artifacts during FurMark? Please upload Prime95 log file.

think i hit around 16 or 17 passes, and il get a log file for prime asap and no artifacts in fur

yes, i have 40gb left on my ssd.
and yes its configured correctly

i was hearing music with foobar2000 hearing sound of silence, and browsing facebook
