for people that haven't heard of Project Spark, it's a "game" that allows you to build games without having to know any programming. So in the sizzle reel they showed for Project Spark, you can create a game like Geometry Wars or Marble Madness or Space Invaders or a tower defense game or a platform game... etc. etc.

they demo'ed Project Spark at Build 2013!

You can design games on either Windows 8, Xbox 360, or Xbox One and then play on any of the other platforms. You can even start designing on one platform, switch to another platform, and then continue designing.

You can even make touchscreen games! Now I'm curious if you can make Kinect games. That would be very cool.
