Best Program for cleaning?

Hello guys,
long time no speak.

I am just wondering what programs everyone else uses to clean there computers,
for example I use CCleaner but I want to expand and try different programs as CCleaner isn't doing it for me anymore,
any tips or rec commendations will be amazing.

I found a small free program called Uncleaner (Josh Cell Softwares - Freeware Solutions | Amazing Products). Doesn't do all the other things CCleaner does, but works really fast. There's also something called CCEnhancer, which adds a lot of things to the list of what CCleaner will remove.

Personal opinion... I would say none.

W8.1 has all you need to maintain it built in. The excellent DISM commands further add to the ability to deep clean the WinSxS folder. Just my opinion as a I say, but I would back that up by saying that using just Windows tools has never caused me an issue. I can't say the same looking back to the days when I did experiment with cleaners and optimising.

if things are so messed up that windows tools can't fix it, I just restore an Image that is before the issues started or if it been awhile I'll clean install

Be wary of using registry cleaners and/or computer slimmers/optimizers outside of what's built into Windows 8 and outside of Ccleaner. partian, what is the computer doing, and not doing, that is different from earlier days?
