Best browser, really is there such a thing? If so, wouldn't everyone use it? I use dolphin HD on my phone, IE11 on the surface pro, safari on wife's iPad, and Google chrome on my desktop and laptop, and Linux machines.

Well, everyone has their preferences. I mean the best browser based on majority rule and certain features.

Depends on the system. I prefer the IE in Windows and Chromium in Linux. FF is nice, but too confusing. I had no luck with Safari and Opera is very slow on all my systems.
