Well the reason I'm saying this is that the correlation seems fairly significant. For example:
Each grouping of spikes there is a browser refresh which utilises internet. Now I'm not saying its the modem or router, at least I don't think so, but rather but drivers associated with internet use. When the browser/internet is inactive there are very few/no other spikes, rest is yellow. (Reason for yellow not green is an inconsistency with windows 8 and the monitoring software)
