Audio Glitch After Desktop Background Change In Slide Show

Hello, I've been able to narrow down this issue to the exact pin point of where the problem is coming from.

I noticed a few weeks back, that when I'm listening to music (in Winamp), and the Desktop Slideshow Picture changes, a small glitch happens in the playing music. I have my Desktop Background Images to change every 1 minute, and I've noticed it happening right at that moment the picture changes. It doesn't happen every single time the picture changes, but lately it has been happening about 75% of the time (for every 3 out of 4 picture changes, the music twitches a bit).

I never changed any settings in Winamp nor did I download a new version of Winamp. I'm assuming it's some glitch in Windows from maybe a Windows update or something. This never happened before a few weeks ago.

Has anyone else experienced this?
And what can I do to fix this?

I also want to point out that this happens only when the Desktop Slideshow Picture changes Automatically!!!

I tried to change the Desktop Picture in the Slideshow manually (Right click Desktop -> Next desktop Background) many times, and this issue never happens manually; Only Automatically.
