Why not use CCleaner? :p ATF Cleaner seems only focused on Web Browser stuff like history, cookies...etc. CCleaner does the same thing but if you need to clean extra stuff, you have that option too.

It's lightweight, top rated and it supports Windows 8.

Yes, ATF Cleaner still works fine, and doesn't cause any issues.
However, I recommend using both. CCleaner and ATF.

Also, for CCleaner.... look for CCEnhancer
or go to the piriforms forums and find the Winapp2.ini.

Hi,
Thanks for your response,

I've added CCEnhancer and I assume its just like CCleaner you select what applications you want cleaned?

Thanks,

CCEnhancer finds and downloads the latest Winapp2.ini
This ini is a customizable file to add things you want to clean up.
It will detect what you have installed and present those apps to you to select. It's pretty cool feature to CCleaner.
You don't need CCEnhancer to apply the ini, you can locate one in the Pirifoms Forums and download and save it to the root of the CCleaner folder
Open CCleaner and that's it. You can also add your own stuff if you know what you are doing.

Just ran ATF Cleaner after using the standard CCleaner [without CCenhancer] and it found an additional 38 MB of crap. Not much I guess but it doesn't hurt to run ATF Cleaner, it's quite quick.
