How to Open Apps Screen in Windows 8 and 8.1

The Apps screen in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 is the new version of the Start Menu -> All Programs that was in Windows 7 and Vista. The Apps screen displays all of your installed Store apps and desktop programs.
This tutorial will show you how to open the Apps screen view in Windows 8, Windows RT, Windows 8.1, and Windows RT 8.1.

EXAMPLE: "Apps" in Windows 8 and 8.1
OPTION ONE
To Open "Apps" view on Start Screen in Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1
1. Do step 2, 3, or 4 below for how you would like to open the Apps screen.
2. While on your Start screen, swipe up on a touch screen, and go to step 5 below.
3. While on your Start screen, press the CTRL + TAB keys, and go to step 5 below.
4. While on your Start screen, click/tap on the down arrow button at the bottom left corner, and go to step 5 below. (see screenshot below)
5. You will now see Apps view on the Start screen to perform whatever actions you like. (see screenshot below)
OPTION TWO
To Open "Apps" Screen in Windows 8 and Windows RT
1. Do step 2 or 3 below for how you would like to open the Apps screen.
2. To Open Apps Screen from Start Screen
A) Do step 2B, 2C, or 2D below for what you would like to do.
B) While on your Start screen, press the :winkey: + Z keys, and go to step 2E below.
C) Right click on an empty area of the Start screen, and go to step 2E below.
D) On a touch screen, swipe up from the bottom of the Start screen, and go to step 2E below.
E) Click/tap on the All apps icon, and go to step 4 below. (see screenshot below)
3. To Open Apps Screen from Search Charm
A) Do step 3B or 3C below for what you would like to do.
B) Press the :winkey: + Q keys, and go to step 3D below.
C) Open the Charms bar, click/tap on Search, and go to step 3D below. (see screenshot below)
D) Click/tap on Apps, and click/tap on an empty area in the Apps screen, and go to step 4 below. (see screenshot below)
4. You are now on the Apps screen to perform whatever actions you like. (see screenshot below)
