ok getting it all set up and ready to run right now.

In case they both say something else about the same, go for what I posted.

Ok restarted and now it keeps trying to boot and goes right to bsod. Says driver verifier detected violation.

Have you attempted other recovery steps before going to the recovery media?

Like what? The only thing that I can access is bios and boot options and neither of them seem to have anything useful

Whenever a system fails to boot a few times:

On 3 boot failures, you'll boot automatically to the recovery options,

• click Troubleshoot
• go to the advanced options
• choose command prompt
• enter the below command

verifier /reset

Does this work?

After 3 attempts it should? Mine just keeps looping. Try to load blue screen reboot. Try to load blue screen reboot

Yes, it should. It is to prevent boot issues like yours, strange to hear it's not the case with your pc.

Do you have a spare pc which you can use to test if the USB is bootable?

Yeah I do. Just put the usb in and reboot?

Insert the USB, go into the boot menu and select the USB to boot from.

Ok verifier has been reset and am now able to boot into windows normally
