Hp G60-228CA Notebook laptop

Originally came with windows vista 32-bit, so recently I upgraded to windows 8.1 32 bit

after about a month the track pad and keyboard BOTH came un-responsive, and in the device manager, it's coming up with a "COPROCESSOR" error, any ideas as to a resolution to this issue?

Have you tried refreshing your 8.1? It's pretty easy and doesn't take long.
But before you do that, you may want to check HP for drivers. Especially if you lost functionality after a recent Windows update. Sometimes Windows updates hardware drivers with the wrong ones.:mad:

Refresh Windows 8

strange but true

Hi 403,
encounterred that error when i reinstalled ,(on my W7 32 bit), the OS, strangely enough it was caused by not having 1 of my Nvidea drivers installed, i corrected it by opening up device manager and telling it search C/drivers/chipset.

Hey Roy;

I ended up *REFRESHNG* windows 8 to a previous date, and the keyboard started working, so i decided to trying downloading the synaptic driver for windows xp/vista/7/8 and no success, which is weird because the keyboard works but the touchpad / wireless stopped working, im going to try and load windows 7 and see what happens, maybe the hardware on the mobo failed?
